Welcome to Lorilyn Farms! We have two foals due this year. The first has been born! Visit our foals page!
The Tennessee Walker and its colorful cousin, the Spotted Saddle Horse, are one of the most lovable and gentle spirited animal you will find. Their ride is supremely comfortable. We pride ourselves on finding horses that can show us this gait naturally, with no artificial aids, while in the pasture. Check out our mare, SummerLove, performing the big lick...by herself...with no collection...and no rider....
Here at the farm we are excited to be purchasing our new stallion, Moonbeams n Stardust, out of the Arian and Barker's Moonbeam lines. Barker's Moonbeam's get includes the famous, Trigger Jr., Roy Rogers famed stallion. Talk about old time lines that real cowboys used... Beautiful long neck lines and old time comfort that doesn't require artificial aids...as in this photo of Stardust doing his "Big Lick"...again, no rider...no collection needed...no padded or sored feet...just a good ol' fashioned runnin' around the pasture
(Beat that, Big Lick people!)
This is Stardust at four months old

This is a picture of him at 18 mos...doing his rocking chair canter!

His coloring is spectacular! He carries the champagne and creme gene and his eyes will probably remain lighter than most champagnes because of the creme addition. Since all my mares already carry the creme dilute and the paint gene, I'm sure that any foals from these matings will be beautiful! I can almost guarantee the conformation will be right on target!
